Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Amaura Jewels (βweβ, βourβ, βusβ). We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery and want you to love your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return and exchange terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are handcrafted and hygienic in nature, we do not offer returns or refunds once a product has been delivered, except in cases of:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged or defective product received

Missing item(s) in your order
To qualify for a replacement or exchange:

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

You must provide an unboxing video as proof (mandatory for damage or missing item claims).
We reserve the right to decline a return request if the item shows signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Nose pins

Personalized or custom-made jewellery

Sale, discounted, or clearance items

Gift cards or digital vouchers
3. Exchange Process
If your exchange is approved:

You will receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp from our team.

You must ship the product back to us within 5 business days of approval using a reliable courier.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days.
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with:

Your order ID

Unboxing video clearly showing the issue

Photographs of the damaged product and packaging
Once verified, we will either send a replacement product or issue store credit of equivalent value (as per your preference).
5. Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. In cases where a replacement product is unavailable, we may issue store credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges).
Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and can be used for any future purchase on amaurajewels.com.
6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days.
7. Shipping Errors or Delays
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier or weather issues. We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping partner.
